angel wings

Hi everyone, this is my first post on this account in deviantart.
I have been really inspired by the artworks I have seen here and am trying to draw more often and explore more varieties of mediums in my work.

so this is one of my works i have done in my sketchbook sometime back. I was inspired to do this piece after looking at an artwork of a close friend of mine. originally it was meant to be a fan art of her work but because i did not really understand her character design it came out completely different compared to her work, so now this piece stands alone for itself. the reason why the image quality is so is due to the work being stretched across 2 a4 pages of my sketchbook and my scanner could not properly capture the image.
